Career Change Leadership Personal Development
Career Change Leadership Personal Development
In the last few years, we have seen many changes impacting our daily work and our professional life for example: adapting to a hybrid working model. Changes taking place at work or during a career can have a great impact:
- A fusion between two organisations that leads to disturbance in our work process and in our work relations with colleagues.
- A personal career change towards unknown challenges.
- A career transition from 'team member' to 'manager' in the current work place.
- Adapting a leadership style on the work floor to manage the team undergoing a re-organisation.
On the one hand, we strive to grow and to diversify our skills set but at the same time, we also cherish a stable strucutre. For example, we may understand the need to move to a new work location or to change job…but we don’t want to leave the old one. We strive to move on with the new set of goals established at work…but we’re often initially resistant to make the necessary changes.
How do we find the energy and the resilience to embrace these changes? As a coach I will work together with you on finding some answers. I will propose coaching exercises that will help you to build your own toolbox to relaunch or, in another word, to ‘Relance’ your career.
